STRUM & WIN SA RAFFLE GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter of this raffle giveaway is Strum & Win SA, founded by Derrick de Villiers.
2. Giveaway Prize
The prize is one 1999 Fender Stratocaster Tom DeLonge Signature Guitar in Graffiti Yellow.
The guitar is a pre-owned personal guitar with years of history and is offered as-is. The prize includes the guitar as advertised by Strum & Win SA. Any additional accessories, case, strap, delivery, insurance or extras will only be included if specifically stated by Strum & Win SA in writing.
3. Raffle Ticket Price
Each raffle ticket costs R100.
Each valid ticket purchased gives the participant one entry into the final draw.
Participants may purchase more than one ticket, and each ticket will count as a separate entry.
4. Draw Date
The raffle draw will take place on 15 December 2026, unless Strum & Win SA announces a change in date due to circumstances beyond its control.
The draw will be conducted online or through another public method announced by Strum & Win SA.
5. Eligibility
This raffle is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older.
Participants under the age of 18 may only enter with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Employees, direct family members, representatives, agents or anyone directly involved in organising the raffle may not enter or win the prize.
6. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Purchase a valid raffle ticket for R100.
Provide the required contact details, including full name, cellphone number and email address.
Keep proof of purchase or ticket confirmation.
Follow any additional entry instructions provided by Strum & Win SA.
Only fully paid and confirmed entries will be included in the draw.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a fair random draw from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The draw may be recorded or streamed online for transparency.
Strum & Win SA may appoint an independent person to oversee or verify the draw process.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during entry.
If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days after the draw, Strum & Win SA reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity before receiving the prize.
9. Prize Collection or Delivery
The winner may collect the prize in person by arrangement, or Strum & Win SA may arrange delivery within South Africa.
Delivery details, courier method and any insurance arrangements will be confirmed directly with the winner.
Strum & Win SA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, courier delays, or circumstances outside of its control.
10. No Cash Alternative
The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
No cash alternative will be offered.
11. Condition of Prize
The guitar is pre-owned and has been personally used by Derrick de Villiers.
By entering the raffle, participants accept that the prize is not a brand-new retail item and may show reasonable signs of age, history or use.
The guitar will be handed over in the condition shown and described by Strum & Win SA.
12. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that Strum & Win SA may use their name, photograph, video, town/city and winner announcement for promotional and social media purposes, unless the winner requests otherwise in writing.
13. Personal Information
Personal information collected for this raffle will be used only for entry administration, winner selection, communication, verification and delivery of the prize.
Strum & Win SA will not sell participants’ personal information to third parties.
14. Entry Errors
Strum & Win SA is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, incorrect, late, lost, duplicated, unpaid, fraudulent or submitted with incorrect contact details.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their details are accurate.
15. Disqualification
Strum & Win SA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Provides false information
Attempts to manipulate the raffle
Uses fraudulent payment methods
Acts dishonestly or unlawfully
Breaches these Terms & Conditions
16. Changes, Cancellation or Postponement
Strum & Win SA reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend or cancel the raffle if required due to legal, technical, operational or other reasonable circumstances.
If the raffle is cancelled, Strum & Win SA will communicate the next steps to participants.
17. Legal Compliance
This raffle is intended to be conducted fairly, honestly and transparently.
Participants acknowledge that raffles, giveaways and competitions may be subject to applicable South African laws and regulations, including consumer protection, promotional competition, lottery, fundraising and related legal requirements.
Strum & Win SA may adjust these Terms & Conditions where necessary to comply with applicable laws or official guidance.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
